 Ash Alchemy exists to offer modern wellness rooted in nature, intention, and care. We believe healing happens when the body feels supported, the nervous system feels safe, and the experience feels human.

The Ash Alchemy team is made up of skilled practitioners who blend technical expertise with intuitive care. Each provider brings their own strengths while sharing a commitment to intentional, grounded service.

  • Lexi began her journey in the beauty industry in 2016 through Cosmetology, then continued her passion by becoming a licensed Esthetician in 2019. Through her journey, Lexi discovered how much she enjoys mentoring others and sharing her knowledge of skincare and became an Instructor in 2024. She is passionate about creating a space where every person feels safe and cared for, and leaving each appointment feeling refreshed and calm.

  • Chantal has a passion for skincare that has carried her for over 2 decades. She believes that skincare is a journey shaped by consistency, education, and intention. Chantal has perfected her craft of hair removal services and specializes in using hard wax. Chantal cares for generations of clients within the Portsmouth community. Skin is more than products, for her it's a connection.

Veronika

  • Veronika started her journey in Esthetics in 2023. Growing up with a mother in the industry showed her the beauty of helping others feel confident in their own skin. She believes that nurturing your energy and overall well-being is just as important as caring for your skin. Whether it is through a facial, energy work, brows or lashes, Veronika is happy to hold space for you whether you are here to unwind or learn more about your skin health.

Haley

  • Haley became a certified massage therapist in 2020, following over a decade of experience in the healthcare field as a certified nursing assistant. Caring for others has always been at the heart of her work, and massage therapy allows her to create meaningful, one-on-one connections with her clients. Haley is Reiki Level 1 certified and trained in hot stone therapy, prenatal massage, and cupping. Outside of her practice, she has a deep appreciation for nature and is an avid collector of animal bones, reflecting her fascination with the natural world.

Emma

  • Rooted in 7 years of experience in the beauty industry, Emma's work blends intentional client care with results driven skincare. Since becoming an Esthetician in 2024, she has cultivated a space where connection comes first. In 2025, she became a member of the Women's Business League, deepening her commitment to community and meaningful relationships, and believing that genuine connection builds trust for deeper, more transformative results.

Mariah

  • Mariah began her massage therapy journey in 2015 and has been dedicated to helping clients feel their best ever since. She specializes in stretching, deep tissue work, and relieving tension in the neck and shoulders. As a Reiki level one, Mariah takes a holistic approach to wellness and supporting her clients in every session.
